Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, stains, or any signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and consumer protection regulations, the following cannot be returned:
- Underwear and knickers (bottoms)
- Swimwear
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or reduced in our Sale section
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider (typically 3–10 business days after we initiate the refund).
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending items back.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
