Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over AED 150 within the UAE. Orders below AED 150 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AED 20.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Fridays/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery using the courier’s website or app.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will contact you to rearrange. If a parcel is unclaimed after 3 attempts it will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
