What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and we never store your credit card details. Your payment information is processed securely through our certified payment gateway.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over 150 AED within the UAE. Standard shipping for smaller orders is 15 AED for Dubai and 25 AED for other emirates.
How long does delivery take?
Dubai: 1–2 business days. Other UAE emirates: 2–4 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver within the UAE only. International shipping is coming soon. Follow us on Instagram for updates.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, and intimate items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return label and instructions within 24 hours.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products authentic?
100%. We are an authorized retailer and all our products are sourced directly from official brand distributors. Every item comes with original brand packaging and tags.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping on request. Simply add a note at checkout or message us on WhatsApp after placing your order.
