All prices on our website are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Product images are representative; slight colour variations may occur due to display settings.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment information you provide is accurate. Orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion with a full refund. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later).
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over AED 150. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewellery unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
